The well-ventilated upper, perforated lightweight insoles, and tongue-free design make these tri-specific cycling shoes comfortable and quick to dry as you transition out of the water and onto the bike. Easy on-off heel pull for precious seconds gained in every race. Great fit every time with two hook and loop closures including a large tabbed quick-grab strap. Stiff soles create strong power transfer and efficient pedal stroke. These Gavin triathlon cycling shoes are compatible with both 2- and 3-bolt cleats including Look, SPD, SPD-R & SPD-SL style (sold separately). Size Chart: Cycling shoes are meant to be snug, stiff and offer good support. They are designed to work with clipless pedal systems. These systems temporarily connect the shoe to the pedal (much like a ski binding system) for increased efficiency of power transfer. Cleats generally come with pedals and/or can be purchased separately for indoor cycling class.
